Job Overview: We're hiring a Business Operations & Strategy Associate to build the operating backbone that turns product priorities and go-to-market plans into on-time launches, measurable growth, and healthier markets. This role sits at the intersection of Product, Growth, Marketing, and Engineering. You'll own the operating cadence, KPI truth, and cross-functional execution system that ensures the company ships consistently, learns quickly, and improves market health (liquidity, reliability, and user experience) over time. Key Responsibilities: 1) Operating Cadence & Cross-Team Alignment Your "weekly drumbeat" • Own weekly and monthly business reviews: agenda, pre-reads, KPI deltas, decisions, and action-item closure, • Run quarterly planning and OKR alignment across Product, Growth, and Marketing with clear ownership and resourcing, • Maintain a single source of truth for priorities, timelines, and decisions so teams stay aligned and execution doesn't drift 2. KPI Architecture & Performance Management • Define and maintain dashboards covering product growth and market health, including:, • Activation, retention, conversion, revenue, • Liquidity depth, slippage, volatility events, • Bridge UX, failed transaction rates, incident drivers, • Establish KPI ownership: every metric has an owner, target, leading indicators, and an action plan, • Diagnose performance issues, size impact, and drive cross-functional corrective plans 3. Launch Governance & GTM Execution • Own the launch calendar and readiness process (dependencies, checklists, risk register, go/no-go decisions), • Coordinate Product ↔ Marketing inputs: positioning, messaging, comms timelines, release notes, FAQs, • Lead post-launch retros and build repeatable launch playbooks so success doesn't rely on heroics 4. Liquidity & Ecosystem Health Analysis • Produce a weekly Liquidity & Ecosystem Health readout:, • Depth, churn drivers, UX friction, volatility or incident analysis, • Partner with Engineering/Protocol on root-cause analysis and with Growth on experiments to improve depth and reduce friction, • Track time-to-detect and time-to-resolve for issues affecting trading, bridging, or settlement5) Cross-Functional Strategic Programs, • Lead 2–4 high-impact initiatives per quarter (e.g., pricing/fee experiments, incentive programs, partner launch frameworks), • Write decision memos, align stakeholders, unblock execution, and measure outcomes end-to-end Qualifications:Required • 2–5 years experience in Business Operations, Strategy, Consulting, Product Ops, or GTM Ops, • Proven ability to run operating cadences, planning processes, and cross-functional execution, • Strong analytical instincts: you can turn metrics into insight and insight into action, • Excellent written communication—clear decision memos, concise updates, strong synthesis, • High ownership mentality: you close loops and hold teams accountable without authorityNice to Have, • Experience in fintech, crypto, marketplaces, or liquidity-driven products, • Comfort working with technical teams and market-level metrics, • Familiarity with tools like Notion, Looker, Mode, Metabase, or similar BI stacks Why D3, Why Now?
