Job DescriptionJob Title: Warehouse AssociateJob Description The Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the warehouse by efficiently handling, sorting, and transporting donated goods and materials. This role involves operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment to move products safely and efficiently throughout the facility. Associates assist with unloading incoming shipments, organizing inventory, preparing outbound loads, and ensuring all materials are placed correctly. Working under warehouse leadership, this individual plays a key role in maintaining workflow efficiency, upholding safety standards, and contributing to team productivity goals. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and thrives in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment. Work Environment Work in a fast-paced warehouse setting from 9am to 6pm with continuous workflow and multiple daily deliveries. Frequent use of forklifts and material-handling equipment is required. Expect moderate to high noise levels from machinery and operations, with exposure to varying temperatures depending on weather and warehouse conditions. This physically demanding work includes lifting, bending, standing, and moving materials. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Buffalo, NY. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr.
