Job Description Job Summary: Barton & Gray Mariners Club (B&G) is dedicated to providing its Members with unmatched experiences on the water, operating over 90 Yachts in 33 harbors, and offering a range of products including Day-boating, Sport-fishing, Overnight Cruising, and more. B&G is hiring a Stew & Harbor Support for the Summer 2026 Season. The Stew & Harbor Support team member plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the harbor and a high-quality Member experience. This full-time, seasonal position involves working closely with the Stew & Harbor Support Manager, B&G Captains, Member Services, and Supply Chain. Key responsibilities include preparing vessels, managing inventory, and providing onboard Stew service on our luxury vessels as requested by Members. Primary Responsibilities as a Stew & Harbor Support Dockside: * Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment on the dock for Members and their guests. * Assist Captains with vessel preparation before outings, cleaning and restocking after outings, and assist with the turnover process between trips. * Maintain and track all vessel inventory and provisions and ensure all dock boxes and storage units are stocked. * Communicate with the Purchasing and Supply Chain Team regarding inventory needs. * Coordinate laundry drop off and pick up * Support Captains with catering deliveries, provisioning, and special occasions for Member outings. * Greet Members and their guests as they arrive and depart from the marina and assist with their belongings * Offer initial beverage service before the boat departs. * Partner with the Member Services team to identify Member engagement opportunities, special occasions, and assist with mishaps and complaints.
