Job Description WisdomTree is seeking a Head of Financial and Business Intelligence to join our Technology and Data organization, reporting to the Chief Information Officer. This is a senior leadership role and a key thought partner to the COO and President, CIO, and senior business leaders, shaping how WisdomTree turns sales, marketing, client, product, and financial data into sharper strategic insight, better forecasting, and stronger business decisions across the firm. This role will serve as the firm’s central intelligence function, transforming data into actionable insight that informs strategic decision-making across sales, product development, client engagement, and financial management. The ideal candidate will combine deep asset management and distribution fluency with strong commercial judgment, executive presence, and a hands-on operating style, and will be equally comfortable setting the agenda, challenging assumptions, building the analysis, and delivering the narrative to senior leadership. Responsibilities • Set the vision and lead the Financial and Business Intelligence function, establishing the operating model, priorities, standards, and talent strategy for a firmwide capability that serves as WisdomTree’s central source of business and financial insight., • Own the firm’s management information and executive insight agenda, ensuring that reporting, dashboards, and performance reviews are accurate, timely, decision-oriented, and broadly adopted across the organization., • Build and govern a trusted enterprise data foundation for sales, marketing, research, and financial intelligence, including accountability for data quality, metric definitions, controls, governance, and the integrity of underlying ETL and reporting processes., • Generate proactive business intelligence and strategic insight by identifying trends, anomalies, risks, and growth opportunities, and translating data into clear recommendations that improve commercial, product, and financial decision-making., • Lead forecasting, scenario analysis, and performance diagnostics to support resource allocation, business planning, client and channel strategy, and senior management decision-making., • Partner with senior leaders across Sales, Marketing, Research, Finance, and Technology/Data to align KPIs, evaluate business performance, and embed a consistent, enterprise-wide view of results and opportunities., • Build and manage a distributed team model, with analytics partners aligned to major business areas while maintaining centralized standards, shared tooling, common definitions, and consistent governance across the function., • Advance the use of AI and automation across the intelligence lifecycle, applying modern tools and agentic workflows to improve analytical speed, insight generation, forecasting quality, reporting efficiency, and self-service decision support.Required Qualifications/Skills & Experience, • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field., • 15+ years of experience in business intelligence, strategic analytics, financial planning, commercial or revenue intelligence, or related roles, including meaningful leadership experience in asset management or closely related financial services., • Strong knowledge of asset management distribution, sales and marketing processes, executive reporting, KPI design, forecasting, trend analysis, and data governance, with the ability to connect data to commercial outcomes and business actions., • Demonstrated experience building trusted reporting environments, improving data quality, and establishing scalable management information practices that are broadly adopted by business stakeholders., • Proficient in Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms, Power BI or similar BI tools, SQL, Excel, and modern data and AI tooling; comfortable working across reporting layers, data models, ETL workflows, and automation-enabled analytics environments., • Experience leading high-performing teams in a distributed or federated operating model, with the ability to balance enterprise standards with strong business partnership., • Excellent leadership, executive communication, analytical, storytelling, and cross-functional influencing skills, with a demonstrated ability to operate strategically while remaining hands-on in analysis and presentation development.Preferred/Nice to Have, • Direct experience working in, or closely supporting, asset management sales, marketing, distribution, product, or client strategy teams., • Experience designing executive dashboards and management reporting used by senior leadership to monitor business performance, commercial trends, and strategic priorities., • Experience developing sales pipeline, net flow, or related forecasting models, ideally in an asset management, wealth, or financial services environment., • Familiarity with product adoption analytics, advisor segmentation, and client intelligence frameworks used to assess commercial effectiveness, identify growth opportunities, and support targeted business actions., • Experience building AI-enabled analytics workflows or agents using platforms such as Databricks AI Agents, Microsoft AI Foundry, Salesforce Agentforce, or similar enterprise AI frameworks., • Advanced degree and/or certifications in Salesforce, Microsoft Power BI, CFA, CAIA, or related analytics disciplines.Compensation for this role:, • Base salary range of $250-300K.**
