Job Summary The Electrical Foreman will coordinate and work with the team of electricians responsible for installation, wiring and testing of electrical components of chilled water systems. Responsibilities include task assignments, staff training, inspections and technical problem solving. As a leader, the Electrical Foreman will be responsible for ensuring Stellar Energy’s highest quality standards are met and that all safety procedures are implemented. Essential Functions: • Drive production velocity -- coordinate daily electrical team assignments and workflow to maximize throughput while maintaining quality standards on multiple concurrent builds, • Lead shop floor operations -- orchestrate scheduling, resource allocation, and real-time problem solving to prevent production delays and meet critical delivery milestones, • Elevate team performance -- provide hands-on technical training, skill development, and mentorship to build a highly capable electrical workforce that executes at production speed, • Ensure zero-defect quality -- conduct rigorous inspections of electrical installations, troubleshoot technical issues immediately, and maintain ISO 9001 compliance throughout the manufacturing process, • Champion safety culture -- implement and enforce electrical safety procedures, maintain Competent Persons training program, and issue violations when necessary to protect team members, • Optimize processes continuously -- identify and implement improved installation methods, streamline workflow inefficiencies, and eliminate waste to reduce cycle times, • Manage critical resources -- oversee tool certifications, calibrations, inventory availability, and subcontractor coordination to ensure zero downtime due to equipment or material constraints, • Maintain compliance readiness -- prepare documentation and processes for ISO 9001 audits, ensuring all electrical work meets regulatory and quality system requirements Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is sometimes exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration. The employee is occasionally exposed to a variety of extreme conditions at construction job sites. The noise level in the work environment and job sites can be loud. The employee is frequently required to stand, walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee must frequently lift or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position, with overtime regularly scheduled to meet production demands. First shift days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand. Travel Travel is primarily not required with the exception to local travel during the business day. Required Education and Experience • High school diploma or GED, • 5+ years of experience supervising electrical personnel in industrial or manufacturing environments with demonstrated ability to drive production results, • Proven track record leading teams in high-volume, fast-paced manufacturing settings while maintaining quality and safety standards, • Extensive and documented knowledge of industrial transformers, LVMCC, HVMCC, and related electrical gear, • Experience implementing process improvements that increased efficiency or reduced cycle times, • Strong working knowledge of National Electrical Code and NFPA 70E, • Proficiency with Microsoft Office for scheduling, reporting, and documentation, • Demonstrated ability to train and develop electrical technicians to improve team capability, • Licensed Master Electrician in Florida or reciprocal State, • Experience with ISO 9001 quality management systems in manufacturing, • Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement training/certification Additional Eligibility Qualifications Must have dependable transportation, valid driver’s license, clean back-ground check and random drug screening consent.
