Lead advanced diagnosis, repair, and overhaul of aircraft engines and systems, including troubleshooting intricate hydraulic, pneumatic, and power plant assemblies. Serve as a subject matter expert, mentor journeymen and apprentices, and drive quality, innovation, and efficiency in maintenance operations. Ensure compliance, training, and continuous improvement at the organizational level. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: • Perform repairs, replacements, etc. on all aircraft systems, airframes, or engines in a safe and expeditious manner and within FAA, and or manufacturer’s specifications., • Assist team leaders and shop Supervisor in finding unsafe or potential problems to customer’s aircraft., • Report errors and do repair as needed., • Become familiar with all Falcon technical publications (maintenance manuals, parts catalogs, airworthiness directives, service bulletins, etc.) concerning aircraft maintained at this facility., • Own and maintain basic hand tools and test equipment to perform assigned tasks., • Work and communicate closely with other shop and office personnel to assure smooth transition of all customer aircraft., • Become familiar and proficient with all shop test and maintenance gear., • Perform all tasks assigned by management in a timely and safe manner., • Maintain a professional demeanor towards all customers, be courteous, informative and sincere., • Maintain a clean and neat work area. Help with other housekeeping duties as assigned., • Provide backup to line personnel when they are moving aircraft in and out of the hangers., • Other activities and projects as assigned. Education and Experience: • 2-4 years of experience working on Falcon model aircraft, • High school diploma or equivalent., • Must possess and maintain a current and valid license., • Must be able to read and speak English., • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions., • Must be able to stand, stoop, kneel, crouch and crawl., • Occasional periods of walking, sitting, rotation, bending, pushing, pulling, and reaching., • Frequent exposure to general shop conditions, engine noise., • Frequent exposure to aircraft exhaust, moving mechanical parts, lubricants, metals, and solvents., • Competitive salary with performance-based incentives., • Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance and retirement plans., • Opportunities for professional growth and development.
