Job Description • Inform team on where to be when new jobs start, • Meet with project manager on site at the start of every job to review plans and discuss details, • Procure appropriate contact info needed for project, and develop positive relationships with contacts, • Hold daily field huddles with team, • Calling out examples of core values, growth opportunities, questions around weather, maintain crew comraderie., • Communicate clear expectations to crew members of what is to be done daily, • Prepare the team with ways to stay productive when foreman will be absent (with at least a full day or more of notice), • Be to job site on time every day, • Foreman will bear ultimate responsibility for any and all poor workmanship, incompleteness, and mistakes of the team, • Work effectively with clients and design team to complete requests and ultimately deliver an excellent product., • Works effectively in dynamic environment and thinks strategically under pressure., • Highly effective in a team environment, • Job Requirements, • Minimum 2-3 years' experience working with interior subcontractors on commercial, mixed-use and/or multi-family projects or 4-5 years' experience in residential interior construction., • Possesses strong knowledge base in layout, crew management, issue resolution, and subcontractor coordination., • Ability to read blueprints, understand plan specifications and be able to apply them in the field., • We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
