The Rain Garden Crew Member supports day-to-day delivery of rain garden maintenance and stewardship services under the New York City Department of Environmental Protection contract. This role completes hands-on field work safely and reliably, following schedules and standards while documenting work performed and reporting site issues to the field supervisor. Job Description We are seeking a Construction Project Supervisor to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling and implementation. Responsibilities: • Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation, • Prepare, coordinate and implement 2 weeks and 6 weeks look ahead schedules, • Review drawings, shop drawings and specifications. Identify differing site conditions and issue RFIs, • Prepare material orders and coordinate with purchasing. Follow up and report deliveries., • Prepare daily reports and coordinate with accounting and scheduling,, • Allocate resources for assigned projects, • Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors, • Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients, • Must have Minimum 10 years experience in construction industry of 5 years experience with engineering degree,, • Team player with leadership skills,, • Must be Certified NYCDOB Site Supervisor.
