Job DescriptionSalary: $20.00-$21.63 per hour Onsite Corporate Concierge Location: North Dallas Schedule:Full-Time | Hourly, Non-Exempt Pay Rate: Annualized earnings of approximately $41,600$44,990, based on a full-time schedule. This is a full-time, non-exempt (hourly) position eligible for quarterly bonuses and incentive programs.($20.00-$21.63 hourly) Language Requirement:English About the Role About the Role Were looking for a polished and service-oriented professional to support leading tech industry client. This role is responsible for creating seamless employee experiences, by coordinating travel arrangements, managing local recommendations and resources, ground logistics, events, dining, supporting workplace communications, and on-site coordination of merchandising of employee swag items. This ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates exceptional attention to detail, and enjoys building meaningful relationships while delivering personalized service. This position is primarily onsite and requires a strong commitment to professionalism, responsiveness, and hospitality. As a Corporate Concierge, you will serve as a trusted resource for employees and stakeholders by providing personalized assistance, coordinating logistics, and enhancing the overall workplace experience. You will work closely with vendors, internal teams, and client partners to ensure services are delivered efficiently and with a high level of care. Key Responsibilities • Plan, coordinate and manage travel arrangements, including airfare, hotels, ground transportation, dining reservations, cruises, and vacation packages, • Coordinate VIP access to concerts, fashion shows, sporting events, and other exclusive experiences, • Research and recommend local attractions, restaurants, entertainment options, and unique experience, • Prepare and coordinate gift wrapping and presentation for employee recognition programs, client gifts, special events, and holiday initiatives, • Provide personalized shopping assistance, including sourcing gifts, specialty items, and unique recommendations based on employee client preferences, • Assist clients with event and celebration planning by providing recommendations, research, and coordination support for conferences VIP events, weddings, engagements, anniversaries, birthdays, private gatherings, date nights, and other meaningful occasions, • Manage sale of attraction tickets and branded merchandise, • Support internal and employee/client-facing communications, including updates, service announcements, and promotional content, • Create and maintain marketing collateral, newsletters, announcements, promotional materials, service updates, and information resources, • Support employee engagement initiatives, workplace events, and special programs as needed, • Collaborate with internal and employee/client teams to deliver seamless service and maintain a respectful, engaging work environment, • Travel occasionally to support company events, activations, or additional client locations, • Build maintain strong relationships with vendors, partners, and service providers, • Monitor and track service requests to ensure timely completion and exceptional client satisfaction, • Adhere to company and client procedures and policies, including Dress Code, Respect in the Workplace, Attendance, and Punctuality., • Any other duties that are needed to drive to the vision, fulfill our mission, and abide by the values of this organization Additional Key Responsibilities and Performance Expectations • Demonstrate a proactive, self-directed approach by identifying opportunities to assist employees, clients, and teammates without waiting for direction., • Take ownership of assigned responsibilities, consistently follow through on commitments, and independently manage daily priorities while maintaining attention to detail., • Display flexibility and adaptability by willingly learning new services, technology, processes, and responsibilities as business needs evolve., • Maintain a collaborative, team-first mindset by supporting colleagues during events, high-volume periods, and special projects, including assisting with setup, breakdown, transporting supplies, merchandising displays, and other operational needs., • Deliver exceptional, consistent customer service to every employee, client, vendor, and guest with professionalism, warmth, respect, and impartiality., • Follow all company policies regarding attendance, punctuality, meal and rest breaks, timekeeping, and workplace expectations while maintaining a high level of personal accountability., • Contribute to maintaining an organized, clean, and welcoming concierge workspace, ensuring presentation standards are upheld at all times., • Respond to changing priorities with urgency while maintaining composure, accuracy, and exceptional service standards., • Demonstrate initiative by anticipating employee and team needs, taking ownership of responsibilities, and completing tasks with minimal supervision., • Support team operations by assisting with event setup and breakdown, merchandising, transporting materials, maintaining organized workspaces, and other operational tasks as needed. Required Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Communications, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience., • Demonstrate ability to provide exceptionalcustomer service while maintaining professionalism, discretion, and confidently., • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, clients, vendors, and business partners, • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and adapt to changing business needs., • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team-oriented environment., • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to delivering high-quality service, • Ability to occasionally travel to support client sites, company meetings, or special events., • Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as business needs require., • Exercise sound judgment, professionalism, and discretion while representing both the company and client in all interactions., • Maintain a positive attitude, embrace feedback and coaching, and demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.
