Job Description About the Role We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Site Manager to lead all day-to-day warehouse and logistics operations. This position is responsible for driving efficiency, accuracy, and safety while managing a large workforce and ensuring full compliance with company policies and regulations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on leadership experience in warehouse management, a strong understanding of 3PL or distribution environments, and the ability to communicate fluently in both Korean and English. Requirements Key Responsibilities • Plan, develop, and implement operational strategies to meet goals for safety, productivity, and cost control., • Oversee all shipping, receiving, and returns operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing., • Manage inventory control using ERP systems (Sage, SAP, or similar) and maintain accurate warehouse records., • Lead, train, and develop warehouse staff and temporary associates; oversee scheduling, performance, and labor allocation., • Handle procurement of warehouse supplies, vendor selection, and cost comparison., • Ensure compliance with company policies, OSHA, and safety regulations; investigate and report all incidents., • Monitor employee work hours, ensuring compliance with rest periods and labor laws., • Prepare operational and financial reports; support P&L management and budget planning., • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence. Qualifications • Bilingual in Korean and English (required), • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management, • 7+ years of experience in warehouse management, logistics, or 3PL operations at a supervisory or managerial level, • Experience managing shipments with major retailers (Amazon, Costco, Home Depot, Walmart), • Strong leadership, communication, and people-management skills, • Solid understanding of warehouse methodologies, RF scanners, and inventory processes, • Knowledge of OSHA, HACCP, and safety regulations, • Proficient in ERP systems (Sage, SAP, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite, • Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and decision-making skills in fast-paced environments Preferred: • Spanish language ability, • Experience with Sage ERP or Datalink, • Forklift certification Benefits Compensation & Benefits • Salary: $85,000 – $95,000 (commensurate with experience), • Employee Discount, • Health Savings Account (HSA), • Referral Program, • Retirement Plan
