Overview The Community & Social Impact Manager is responsible for building and leading Noodle & Boo's national mom community while overseeing the company's First Night Kits initiative supporting foster babies, including the development and growth of the Do Gooder Club, our signature mom-led events that assemble First Night Kits and mobilize community impact. This role blends brand education, community development, loyalty strategy, and mission-driven programming into one unified leadership position. The Manager serves as a visible, calming, and credible voice for moms and caregivers, strengthening brand trust through education-first storytelling, meaningful engagement, and hands-on service experiences through the Do Gooder Club. This is a hands-on, outward-facing leadership role operating in a growing, founder-led consumer products company with a strong social mission. Mom Community Strategy and Development • Build and lead a national mom community grounded in trust, reassurance, and belonging, • Establish community standards that ensure safe, supportive, judgment-free engagement, • Design structured engagement rhythms across baby stages and seasonal care cycles, • Position Noodle & Boo as a steady authority in baby and maternity skincare, • Develop and maintain a 12-month Care Cycle calendar aligned to baby stages and seasonal needs, • Translate product and ingredient expertise into clear, emotionally supportive guidance, • Create on-camera content focused on baby skincare routines, skin concerns, bath rituals, and postpartum care, • Maintain a calm, reassurance-led, non-alarmist brand voice, • Develop and manage an identity-based loyalty program rooted in care and long-term relationship, • Design milestone-based experiences that reinforce advocacy organically, • Track engagement, retention, and community participation metrics, • Ensure loyalty initiatives deepen belonging rather than rely on transactional incentives, • First Night Kits Initiative, • Lead strategy and execution to deliver 31,000 First Night Kits for foster babies, • Build and activate a mom-led volunteer network to support assembly and advocacy, • Develop partnerships for funding, product sourcing, and distribution, • Ensure program integrity, dignity-centered messaging, and measurable outcomes, • Engage directly with moms across social platforms and community spaces, • Identify recurring questions, concerns, and unmet needs, • Share insights internally to inform product development and marketing strategy, • Provide regular reporting on engagement, loyalty participation, and social impact metrics, • 6 to 10 years of experience in community building, brand marketing, social impact, or consumer engagement roles, • Strong on-camera presence and comfort serving as a public-facing brand voice, • Experience building engaged communities for consumer brands, • Proven ability to translate education and expertise into accessible content, • Demonstrated success managing mission-driven or volunteer initiatives, • Strong organizational and cross-functional collaboration skills, • Alignment with a long-term brand trust and mission-driven philosophy Benefits: • Medical, Dental and Vision Plan, • Company sponsored Life Insurance, • 401(k) with guaranteed company contribution, • Paid Time Off (designed to reward tenure), • Paid Holidays, • Generous product discounts, • Casual work atmosphere with a friendly, work-life-balance culture Applicants who need a reasonable accommodation during the application process due to a disability may be eligible for assistance in accordance with applicable law.
