Learn more about our team at: Position Overview We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide pediatric home health services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist. In this role, you will implement treatment plans, provide engaging therapy sessions, and support children in developing functional skills that improve their independence in daily activities. This position offers flexibility, strong clinical support, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact with pediatric clients and their families. Schedule Options: Full-Time (25 sessions/week) and Part-Time (12 sessions/week) positions available. Responsibilities • Implement occupational therapy treatment plans developed by the supervising Occupational Therapist, • Provide engaging, play-based therapy sessions in the home setting, • Support treatment addressing fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-care skills, visual motor integration, and functional independence, • Document therapy sessions and client progress accurately and in a timely manner, • Collaborate with the supervising Occupational Therapist regarding client progress and treatment updates, • Educate caregivers on strategies to support skill development at home, • Maintain professional communication with families and team members, • Follow all supervision guidelines and state regulations for COTA practice, • Maintain compliance with payer requirements and company policies Qualifications • Active Arizona Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant License, • Associate’s Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program, • Current CPR Certification, • Article 9 Certification, • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, • Ability to work independently in a home health setting, • Pediatric experience preferred but not required, • Strong communication and interpersonal skills What We Offer • Competitive compensation, • Flexible scheduling, • Dedicated administrative and scheduling support, • Collaborative clinical environment, • Therapist-led leadership, • Referral bonus opportunities Full-Time W2 Benefits • Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance, • 401(k), • Paid Time Off (PTO) & Paid Sick Leave, • $250 Annual CEU Reimbursement, • $100 Toy / Therapy Equipment Reimbursement, • Licensure Reimbursement Our Culture At PYG Therapy, we are intentional about creating a workplace where therapists feel valued, supported, and connected.
