Job Description Entry-Level ABA Therapist (Paid Training) Behavioral Transformations – East of Dallas, TX Full-Time | Part -Time | Entry-Level | Healthcare | Pediatrics | ABA Therapy Description: Behavioral Transformations is seeking Entry-Level ABA Therapists who are passionate about working with children diagnosed with autism or other developmental disabilities. No prior experience in ABA required — we provide 100% paid training to help you earn your Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification and start a rewarding career. You'll work 1:1 with children to teach communication, daily living, and social skills using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies. Most therapy is delivered in our clinics, with occasional in-home or community-based sessions.
