Job Description Job Overview of Assistant Program Manager The Assistant Program Manager is a leader in the residential program, ensuring that all respective activities support the Program Manager, children, and team in the effective, safe, and therapeutic operation of the residence. She/he develops and cultivates positive relationships with families and other stakeholders. She/he monitors the coordination of individual appointments and activities, and the management of the persons supported personal fund accounts. The Assistant Residence Manager is responsible for the supporting the Residence Manager by working collaboratively with the Quality Improvement team to ensure the best outcomes for the program and individuals, ensures compliance with relevant regulations, and ensures that programs and services to individuals supported are person-centered and directed.
