Who We Are: Happy V is a Miami-based women’s wellness brand dedicated to redefining self-care through science-backed solutions and trusted information. Founded in 2019 out of necessity, our mission is to provide effective, high-quality products that support the A–Z of women’s health, from vaginal and gut health to hormones, menopause, and beyond. We’re a fast-growing, entrepreneurial team that thrives on innovation, impact, and having fun while doing it. Our A-players are results-driven, creative thinkers who move quickly, tackle new challenges daily, and embrace the excitement of building something meaningful. With a strong brand presence and growing industry recognition, we’re expanding rapidly and looking for ambitious people who want to grow with us. About the role: We are building a healthcare professional program for OB-GYNs, nurse practitioners, midwives, and women’s health providers. We are looking for a strategic, entrepreneurial leader to build this channel from the ground up: provider insights, positioning, education, onboarding, events, partnerships, CRM, sales enablement, and eventually the team that supports provider growth. This person will be the internal voice of the provider. They will understand what clinicians need to confidently recommend our products, what information and materials practices require, how provider workflows actually operate, and how to build a trusted, compliant, science-forward program that helps providers better support their patients. Responsibilities: • Own the strategy and roadmap for the HCP/provider program, including provider segmentation, target specialties, priority geographies, channel goals, and activation milestones., • Build the provider value proposition: why clinicians should know us, trust us, recommend us, sample us, or offer us to patients., • Develop provider onboarding, education, and engagement programs for OB-GYNs, NPs, midwives, and women’s health clinics., • Create HCP-facing materials in partnership with medical, regulatory, legal, brand, and creative teams, including product explainers, clinical evidence summaries, patient handouts, FAQs, webinar decks, practice resources, and sampling/coupon materials., • Lead provider insights: interview clinicians, attend conferences, understand barriers to recommendation, gather feedback, and translate those insights into product, messaging, and channel strategy., • Build the commercial playbook for the channel: outreach strategy, CRM workflows, provider funnel, account tiers, conference follow-up, sample/coupon conversion, provider nurture, and field/team enablement., • Develop relationships with key opinion leaders, advisory board members, clinic groups, women’s health networks, and professional associations., • Plan and execute HCP conferences, webinars, lunch-and-learns, office education, virtual trainings, and other provider-facing programs., • Partner with Growth, Brand, Medical Affairs, Customer Experience, Product, and Operations to ensure the provider program is scalable., • Define and track KPIs, including provider sign-ups, active recommending providers, sample/coupon utilization, provider-sourced revenue, repeat engagement, event ROI, account activation, and retention., • Hire and manage the future HCP team, which may include provider sales reps, HCP marketing, provider success, sales ops, field education, or medical education roles., • Own compliance-minded processes for claims, materials, sampling, provider compensation, and advisory relationships. Health-product and supplement claims need truthful, non-misleading, scientifically supported substantiation, and FDA guidance also addresses substantiation for dietary-supplement claims. Qualifications: • 8+ years in HCP marketing, provider partnerships, professional channel, pharma/medical-device sales, medical aesthetics, women’s health, supplements, digital health, or healthcare commercial strategy., • Experience selling to, marketing to, or educating clinicians, ideally OB-GYNs, women’s health providers, dermatologists, medspas, primary care, or specialty practices., • Proven ability to build a program, not just run an existing playbook., • Strong understanding of what clinicians need: clinical evidence, patient fit, contraindication/safety clarity, workflow simplicity, patient education, samples/coupons, and easy reordering or recommendation tools., • Comfortable translating science into clear, credible provider-facing messaging., • Experience with CRM, provider funnels, sales enablement, conference strategy, and KPI reporting., • Strong cross-functional operator who can work with founders, medical advisors, creative teams, sales reps, legal/regulatory, and external providers., • Excellent communicator and relationship builder; comfortable presenting to physicians, clinic owners, NPs, midwives, and internal leadership., • Willingness to travel for conferences, field visits, provider meetings, and key account development.
