Job Description Roper Buildings is a premier post and frame building company with projects throughout Utah, Nevada, Idaho, Wyoming, Colorado, Montana and Arizona. We are currently seeking an individual who wants an energizing career with a dynamic and stable company. The home base for this position is the Arizona area. We are looking for an individual who wants to be a part of the winning team. And knows how to add value to the company by helping it increase its market share in this area. Applicants must have sales experience, project management experience, and general knowledge of building construction. A college degree in Business Management, Construction Management or equivalent is preferred, but not required. Key Activities: For the Arizona area manager are as follows. · Seek out potential customers through proven Marketing techniques. · Work with customers to provide a professional sale experience. · Professionally manage contract negotiations. · Enter into Sales agreements with customers. · Help manage the design, engineering, permitting and the building process. · Work with Venders, Subcontractors, and crew members to achieve the best possible results. · Manage this process to achieve the best value for the customer and Roper Buildings. · This includes the Quality, Service, and Profitability of Buildings · Develop a culture of safety and quality workmanship with all employees and throughout all processes. · Work closely with the Corporate office and other locations. · Exhibit a high level of integrity and professionalism. · Proficient with Computers and social media. Applicant should have a General knowledge of the following processes: · Building plans · Building specifications · Building and site layout · Carpentry · Concrete flat work · Insulation · Metal sheeting · Generally accepted accounting practices · Dispute resolution processes Check us out at - Roperbuildings.com.
