What you’ll do We are seeking a proven, dynamic General Manager to lead a strategically critical division focused on specialty assembly manufacturing and product distribution within a leading digital service provider, offering fluid conveyance solutions that empower industries to achieve their full potential. This individual will assume full P&L responsibility and drive performance across all functions—including operations, sales & marketing, sourcing, and engineering—while ensuring world-class customer satisfaction, profitability, and growth. This role requires a hands-on leader with a strong sense of ownership, a strategic mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, precision-driven environment. A Day in the Life • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)., • Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience in Sales, Engineering, Operations, or Marketing, preferably within industry or aerospace or a related precision manufacturing environment., • At least 5 years of General Management experience, ideally in a mid-market or growth-stage company., • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment requiring high attention to detail., • Proven strategic thinker with a strong bias for action and results., • Inspirational leadership style with a track record of developing high-performance teams., • Strong communication, financial acumen, and cross-functional collaboration skills., • Physical ability to lift, push, and pull up to 150 lbs. and perform tasks requiring manual dexterity., • Ability to travel within required branch locations.
