Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and organized Customer Service Agent to join our team. In this role you will handle inbound service calls and directly assist customers. We’re looking for someone flexible, friendly, with great communication skills for our customer calls, courteous, and eager to grow with the company. Key Responsibilities • Answer incoming customer service calls and provide assistance by addressing issues, troubleshooting inquiries, and offering solutions., • Document customer issues, follow up on open cases, and coordinate service solutions with internal departments., • Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and scheduling., • Collaborate with the customer service and software teams to ensure seamless communication regarding service issues or escalations. Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent (college education is a plus)., • Excellent verbal and written communication skills., • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail., • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar tools., • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment., • A friendly, professional demeanor with a customer-first attitude., • Prior experience in customer service or office administration is preferred but not required., • Problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure when handling customer concerns., • A flexible, can-do attitude and willingness to take on a variety of tasks as needed.
