FULL DESCRIPTION: Assembly and test of electro-mechanical "box builds", also called systems integration. (Assembly work other than printed circuit board (PCB) production.) The electro-mechanical assembly process involves enclosure fabrication, installation and test of sub-assemblies and components, and installation, routing and test of cabling or wire harnesses. The selected candidate will be responsible for: • Basic electro/mechanical assembly utilizing specialized tools., • Verifies parts, components, or sub-assemblies are placed properly and final assembly meets workmanship requirements., • Operates welding machine and leak tester., • Immediately alerts supervisor of any issue with components, boards, sub-assemblies, process or test., • Label, box/package finished assemblies., • Stocking Production Bins, • Component Cleaning, • Material prepping, • Some lifting maybe required, • Movement of material The selected candidate will also possess: • Basic understanding of spoken English; ability to follow instructions, • Ability to identify electronic components, • Mechanical dexterity and good visual acuity: ability to place and assemble components and sub-assemblies of various sizes, utilizing documentation, verbal instructions, and from sample product and visual examples., • Some light lifting may be required.
