Job Description We're hiring a Data Entry Clerk & Customer Service Representative to keep information accurate while delivering top-notch support to our customers. This position offers a mix of focused, detail-driven work and engaging customer interaction in a dynamic, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities * Accurately input, update, and maintain data across various systems with attention to detail * Review and verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency * Generate basic reports and assist in preparing data for internal analysis * Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner * Resolve customer concerns with empathy and a solutions-focused mindset * Communicate product, service, and policy information clearly and effectively * Document all customer interactions and feedback to support service and process improvements * Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus * Strong typing and data entry skills with high accuracy * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with CRM systems is a plus * Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize * Positive attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding service Want to be considered for this opening immediately?
