This is a contract opportunity ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to delivering exceptional service. * Job Title: Customer Service Representative * Location: Houston, Texas (On-site or Hybrid options available) * Job Type: Contract/Temporary * Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM * Pay Rate: $20.00 - $25.00/hr (DOE) As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with every interaction. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a calm and professional demeanor, and a passion for helping people. Key Responsibilities: * Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner. * Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns, escalating complex issues as needed. * Order Management: Assist with order entry, tracking, and updates. * Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. * Product Knowledge: Stay informed about products, services, and policies to provide accurate information. * Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction. * Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and share insights with the team to improve service delivery. Qualifications: * Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred. * Experience: 1–2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or support environment. * Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar). * Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Problem-Solving: Ability to think quickly and resolve issues efficiently. * Empathy: Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset. * Multitasking: Comfortable handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting. * Reliability: Dependable with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
