Job DescriptionNow Hiring - Shipping Clerk in Fort Collins, CO Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Pay Range: $20-$21/hour (DOE) We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Shipping Specialist to support daily warehouse operations. This role is responsible for managing outbound shipments, preparing accurate documentation, and maintaining inventory records. The ideal candidate is comfortable using shipping software, warehouse technology, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities • Process outbound shipments using shipping software such as UPS and FedEx, • Print, review, and organize shipping documentation including packing slips, bills of lading, and tracking numbers, • Perform accurate data entry and manage emails using Excel, ERP, or WMS systems, • Operate barcode scanners, scales, and packing equipment efficiently, • Ensure accurate inventory control, record keeping, and shipment verification, • Maintain strong organization, time management, and attention to detail, • Communicate clearly with team members to ensure smooth daily operationsRequired Skills & Qualifications, • Experience using shipping software (UPS, FedEx, or similar), • Proficiency with label printing and shipping documentation, • Basic computer skills, including data entry and Excel, • Ability to use barcode scanners, scales, and packing equipment, • Familiarity with inventory control and record keeping, • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, • Basic math and time management skills, • Clear verbal and written communicationPreferred Experience, • Shipping & receiving, packaging, picking, and material handling Work Environment • Dynamic warehouse setting with modern packing and scanning equipment, • Casual, warehouse-appropriate attire Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
