Job Description Landmark is seeking a Receptionist Pharmacy Technician/Technician Trainee to join our growing home infusion pharmacy. This is a full-time position working 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday in office in Irving, Texas. The Customer Experience Pharmacy Technician/Technician Trainee can either be a Certified Pharmacy Technician or be willing to obtain their technician trainee license upon hire. This position would assist in multiple areas to enhance the patient experience and help fill in where needed, with the primary role being a receptionist. Job Description Landmark Infusion is seeking an Infusion Intake Coordinator to join our growing team. This position requires the employee to work in-office in Irving, TX with a schedule being Monday through Friday 9am to 6pm. The Intake Coordinator helps coordinate patients on home infusion therapies with Landmark Infusion. The Intake Coordinator will collaborate with internal staff such as the Reimbursement Specialists and Client Relations Directors in a timely manner on the status of the patient. They will also communicate with external sources such as patients, caregivers, and referral partners to ensure the patient’s plan of care is followed and all parties are informed. The Intake Coordinator should work with a sense of urgency and efficiency while displaying a high level of customer service and follow through with patients and referral partners.
