We are seeking highly skilled and mission-driven Knowledge Managers at the Junior, Mid, and Senior levels to support information sharing, data management, and analytic production across the intelligence enterprise.Your Mission As a Knowledge Manager, you will be instrumental in enabling analysts and organizations to share critical information, streamline workflows, and enhance analytic production. You will leverage databases, content and records management systems, and knowledge-sharing technologies to ensure timely and secure dissemination of intelligence products.What You’ll Do • Align processes and technology to enable information sharing across analysts, organizations, and mission partners., • Manage centralized and distributed databases, content management systems, and knowledge management tools., • Shape and refine workflows and processes to enhance analytic production and collaboration., • Compile reports on performance, usage metrics, and future requirements for existing knowledge management capabilities., • Oversee the search, discovery, storage, and retrieval of intelligence data, ensuring accuracy and accessibility., • Disseminate intelligence products across multiple secure networks and portals., • Provide recommendations to improve knowledge management tools, practices, and workflows., • Senior Level: Master’s degree + 12 years relevant experience OR Bachelor’s degree + 17 years relevant experience., • Mid Level: Bachelor’s degree + 8 years relevant experience., • Junior Level: Bachelor’s degree + 3 years relevant experience OR 7 years of relevant experience without a degree.Required Skills & Knowledge:, • Active TS/SCI clearance., • Demonstrated experience in knowledge management, records/content management, or information systems., • Strong background in managing and optimizing workflows, processes, and data systems., • Ability to compile performance metrics, conduct analysis, and provide actionable recommendations., • Proficiency with databases, portals, and knowledge-sharing technologies., • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for producing reports, documentation, and briefings., • Proven ability to collaborate with military, intelligence, and interagency stakeholders.Preferred Qualifications:, • Experience supporting USCENTCOM or other Combatant Commands., • Familiarity with enterprise knowledge management tools and intelligence systems., • Previous experience in analytic production environments., • Health Insurance (Geo Owl pays 80%+ of premium)., • 401k matching program., • Dental, Vision, and supplemental insurance options., • Company-paid life insurance, short-term, and long-term disability., • Peer-to-Peer spot bonuses., • 120 hours of PTO per year + all federal holidays.
