She/he provides support to the Residence Manager in leadership of the team and serves as an advocate to ensure appropriate treatment, teaching, and protection of the person supported rights. She/he develops and cultivates positive relationships with families and other stakeholders. She/he monitors the coordination of individual appointments and activities, and the management of the persons supported personal fund accounts. The Assistant Residence Manager is responsible for the supporting the Residence Manager by working collaboratively with the Quality Improvement team to ensure the best outcomes for the program and individuals, ensures compliance with relevant regulations, and ensures that programs and services to individuals supported are person-centered and directed. About the Role: The Per Diem Administrator on Duty (AOD) is responsible for supporting health, safety, and overall functioning of the residential program during assigned shifts.
