Responsibilities • Provide day-to-day supervision, support, and scheduling for Residential Advisors and Peer Support Specialists., • Monitor daily documentation and shift notes for accuracy and completeness., • Conduct regular supervision and team meetings., • Participate in hiring and onboarding of new staff., • Support and ensure compliance with individual service plans., • Monitor the physical site, including cleanliness, safety, and necessary maintenance., • Participate in incident review, response, and follow-up., • Facilitate group activities that support recovery and independent living., • Assist clients with activities of daily living as needed., • Ensures compliance with policies, federal and state regulations.
