Company Car Job Description RESPONSIBILITIES: The Transportation Supervisor will be the direct supervisor of the drivers. Supervision of the driving workforce will be done one on one, as well as in groups. This position will assist and conduct hiring, training, and disciplining of drivers. The primary objective is to assist the driving workforce in picking up empty bottles and cans at the retail customer locations. This must be accomplished in the most productive and cost effective manner possible. This person will work closely with the transportation manager, dispatcher, and driver workforce.
