Job Description We are a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. Currently, we have an Administrative Assistant opportunity with a Wealth and Financial Advisor company in North Dallas. The Administrative Assistant is responsible for the specific duties listed below. Your specific duties will include: • Primary driver of the [ESP] technology platform, including Box, Client Relationship Management, EZ APP, Investment e-APP and any newly developed technologies;, • Controls management of CRM, EZ-Apps, underwriting and case preparation, • Will assist with tracking, managing and operations of back office financial planning team, • Relationship support between Advisor and clients ensuring a positive experience, • Set and Maintain Calendar for Advisor, • Answer and direct all incoming calls for the best possible solution to achieve caller satisfaction relaying any message or unsolved business to the Wealth Advisor, • Composing and preparing, editing, proofreading letters, memos and any correspondence as necessary, • Process all client correspondence to and from Home Office, • Process and distribute all mail, • Coordinate client meetings and special events, • Organize and Maintain client database, utilizing CRM, • Organize and maintain client files, • Process insurance and investment business Required qualifications for the position include: • 2+ Years of Administrative Assistant within the Financial Industry, • Team & Service Oriented, • Excellent telephone skills, • Strong interpersonal communication skills, • Experience in the performance of administrative duties to top-level executives, • Strong relationship-building skills, • Assertive, overcomes obstacles and roadblocks, • Proficient in the Microsoft package, • Texas Insurance Group I License preferred Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
