About the Role We are seeking a highly seasoned, execution-driven Project Management Professional (PMP) with deep experience in real estate development, de novo facility builds, construction planning, and leasing administration. This role will provide the organizational “muscle” needed to manage a rapidly expanding portfolio of new construction projects, expansions, renovations, and leasing activities across a multi-site environment.The Senior Project Manager will serve as the central driver of complex, cross-functional initiatives—ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while maintaining compliance with applicable regulatory and environmental requirements. This role requires exceptional project rigor, stakeholder management, financial acumen, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. POSITION’S ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Project Management & Execution • Lead end-to-end project management for de novo facility builds, including feasibility assessments, site planning, design coordination, construction oversight, licensing, equipment planning, and go-live readiness., • Manage planning and execution for facility expansions, remodels, relocations, and other major capital projects., • Direct internal and external stakeholders (architects, general contractors, engineers, real estate brokers, legal, and business leadership)., • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, risk logs, communication plans, and RACI matrices, ensuring consistent structure across projects., • Ensure projects meet all applicable regulatory, environmental, construction, and life-safety requirements. Real Estate & Leasing Administration • Oversee lease management, including renewals, amendments, CAM reconciliations, expansions, and accurate documentation across the real estate portfolio., • Partner with real estate and legal teams on new lease negotiations and build-out planning, ensuring alignment to business needs and occupancy timelines., • Maintain a centralized real estate database tracking key dates, obligations, financial terms, and occupancy metrics.Financial Planning & Reporting, • Manage project budgets, forecasts, and capital planning; track variances and cost-to-complete throughout the project lifecycle., • Provide executive-level reporting, dashboards, and milestone updates for senior leadership and private-equity stakeholders., • Evaluate vendor bids, negotiate contracts, and oversee procurement activities to ensure cost and performance alignment.Cross-Functional Leadership, • Facilitate recurring project status meetings, escalating risks, timeline impacts, and decision needs to leadership., • Coordinate with HR, IT, supply chain, legal, finance, facility management, and other corporate functions to ensure smooth openings and transitions., • Serve as the central point of accountability for all project documentation, decisions, and communication flow. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s in Business, Real Estate, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred., • 8+ years of progressive project management experience, including commercial real estate, construction, capital planning, and multi-site development work., • PMP certification required., • High proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Asana, Monday.com, etc.).
