There is room to grow and complete training to become a certified vision therapist over the next 1-3 years. Primary duties will eventually include working 1:1 with patients of all ages, but particularly kids aged 4-12, as well as assisting with day-to-day operations and administrative tasks in a fast-paced but fun practice. Training will be provided, but we are ideally seeking someone with a background in optometry, occupational therapy, physical therapy, or early education, who has experience working with children and experience working as a receptionist or in an administrative, or operational role. You should also have the ability to quickly learn basic science/vision concepts and specific exercises.
