Our Curriculum is SO much fun!, • Foster a Safe, Positive Classroom Environment: Maintain an organized, joyful, and supportive classroom that promotes preschoolers independence, creativity, and confidence while following all childcare licensing regulations., • Support Childrens Growth & School Readiness: Observe, assess, and document developmental progress in areas such as problem-solving, communication, fine/gross motor skills, collaboration, and early academic skills., • Build Strong Family Partnerships: Share daily updates, photos, learning highlights, and progress reports using our communication tools and mobile app to keep families connected and engaged., • Collaborate with Teaching Staff: Lead and mentor assistant teachers to ensure a consistent, warm, and enriching preschool learning experience; contribute to team planning and center-wide initiatives., • Promote SocialEmotional Development: Guide preschoolers through routines, transitions, conflict resolution, and self-regulation using positive guidance techniques.Qualifications, • 2+ years of experience as a Preschool Lead Teacher or similar role in a licensed childcare, daycare, or early childhood education center., • Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or a related field preferred; High School Diploma/GED required., • Strong understanding of preschool development, early learning standards, play-based instruction, and kindergarten readiness., • Knowledge of state and local childcare licensing requirements, preschool safety standards, and appropriate classroom ratios., • Demonstrated skills in classroom leadership, communication, and positive behavior guidance.
