Job Details Job Details: We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Permanent Senior Design Manager to join our esteemed construction company. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing the design process from concept through to completion, ensuring the highest level of quality is maintained. This role will involve working closely with a diverse team of professionals including architects, engineers, and construction managers to deliver projects that exceed our clients' expectations. Manage the design process from concept through to completion, ensuring the project is delivered on time and within budget., 2. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction managers to develop innovative and cost-effective design solutions., 3. Review and approve architectural and engineering drawings to ensure they comply with design standards and specifications., 4. Coordinate with the project team to identify and resolve design-related issues., 5. Conduct site inspections to verify alignment with the design and provide necessary modifications., 6. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and regulations., 7. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior design team members., 8. Present design proposals and progress reports to clients and senior management., 9. Ensure all design work complies with relevant health and safety regulations and environmental policies. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or related field., 2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities design within the construction industry., 3. Proficient in the use of design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp., 4. Strong understanding of construction processes, building regulations, and quality standards., 5. Excellent leadership and project management skills., 6. Exceptional communication and presentation abilities., 7. Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of professionals., 8. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines., 9. Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and accuracy., 10.
