For more information, visit POSITION OVERVIEW: As an Organizational Change Manager, you will lead strategic change initiatives that drive adoption, minimize resistance, and enable successful transformation across the organization. This role is responsible for developing comprehensive change management strategies, assessing organizational readiness, identifying risks, and coordinating the execution of plans that support project and business outcomes. You will create clear and consistent communication plans, design and deploy training programs, engage stakeholders at all levels, and proactively manage resistance throughout the change process. This position requires strong analytical capabilities, independence, and deep experience applying structured change management methodologies. Your expertise in planning, communication, coaching, and adoption measurement will be essential in guiding individuals and teams through transitions and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. JOB FUNCTIONS: (This list is not exhaustive and may be supplemented and changed as necessary.) • Lead one or more sub-work streams within Organizational Change Management (OCM), including readiness, stakeholder engagement, training, and communications., • Develop comprehensive and structured change management plans, including readiness assessments, impact analyses, risk identification, and mitigation strategies., • Create and manage communication plans that clearly articulate project goals, impacts, timelines, and expectations for all affected groups., • Identify, analyze, and proactively manage resistance using behavioral tools, coaching, and targeted reinforcement strategies., • Conduct change readiness assessments and translate findings into actionable recommendations., • Develop and deliver training programs tailored to project needs, including instructional content, e-learning modules, reference guides, and job aids., • Partner with stakeholders to build training content aligned with organizational and project-specific learning needs., • Facilitate workshops, meetings, and stakeholder engagement sessions with leadership, project teams, and impacted end users., • Deploy training programs and evaluate their effectiveness, incorporating feedback and making updates as needed., • Prepare organizational transition plans that support workforce changes, process shifts, and technology adoption., • Monitor adoption progress, track change metrics, and evaluate the effectiveness of change interventions., • Develop user adoption programs that reinforce new ways of working and improve usability and accessibility., • Provide direct coaching and support to leaders and managers to help them fulfill their roles in change execution., • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between project objectives, OCM activities, and business priorities. Education: • Minimum 5–10 years of experience in Organizational Change Management within consulting or industry roles., • Experience with structured change management methodologies and tools., • Experience leading large-scale organizational change initiatives., • Ability to define OCM scope, estimate work, and prepare client-facing documentation and presentations., • Strong understanding of change processes, behavioral drivers, and organizational dynamics., • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal., • Ability to create clear messaging tailored to different audiences and organizational levels., • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trust and influence leadership., • Ability to identify sources of resistance and apply targeted strategies to mitigate concerns., • Flexible and adaptable with the ability to work in dynamic, ambiguous environments., • Forward-thinking, with a strong orientation toward strategic planning and structured execution., • Highly organized with strong planning, prioritization, and problem-solving skills., • Experience with project management tools, workflows, and methodologies., • Professional certifications such as CCMP or PROSCI are preferred but not required.
