Overview: The Commissioning Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the successful start-up, testing, and validation of all systems within a data center facility. General Job Description, must have experience related to job duties below: • Communicates and works closely with the Office manager/Controller daily., • General automotive accounting duties., • Prepares and reconciles bank deposits daily., • Print all accounts receivable reports and maintain all files., • Posts internals and other accounting entries as directed by office manager., • Reconciles statements and the ledger making sure that payments are consistent with dealership schedules., • Clean assigned schedules weekly., • Provides title clerk with information on all purchased vehicles for title list., • Assists in monthly closing procedures., • Post daily funding., • Processes payoffs on trade-ins, • Assists with special projects, as necessary., • Accounts Receivable for two stores., • Reconciles and posts finance charge receipts daily., • Enters finalized cash receipts and updates accounts receivable ledger by customer., • Prepare accounting statements monthly as directed., • Perform additional accounting and administrative duties as needed and directed by management., • Review the reconciliation of general ledger accounts with outside sources to ensure proper bank reconciliation, reserve accounts, factory payable, and floor plan payable., • Floor plan daily., • Maintains a professional appearance and a neat work area., • Reinforces company policies and adheres to all company standards., • Maintains and inspects for compliance with all applicable laws and regulations., • Ensure proper internal controls are in place., • Input Inventory for used vehicle purchases. Minimum of 2 years of automotive accounting and/or industry experience is preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Outlook is required. CDK DMS system a plus. Job Description The principal duty of all employees is to assist in the mission of the Church in the Diocese of Fort Worth. General Position Summary: Responsible for the care and safety of preschool-aged children and infants for our weekday childcare facility. Important role in that it entails the safety of the very vulnerable and dependent. This is for Monday/Wednesday/Friday Long Term Substitute Position that begins February 17 - May 21, 2026. Principal Accountabilities: • Supports and upholds the philosophy of Catholic education and the mission of the Parish, • Acts as a witness to Gospel values by modeling the teachings of the Catholic Church, • Supports and adheres to the Code of Conduct and policies and procedures of the Parish and the Diocese., • Abides by the Confidentiality Policy outlined in the Diocese Employee Handbook, • Guides educational/recreational activities appropriate to the age level of each child in the program., • Practice positive, consistent discipline in the management of the program., • Assists participants in the development of habits of caring for children's own clothing and picking up and putting away toys, books, and crafts., • Arrange medical attention for ill or injured participants per parental instructions and diocesan guidelines., • Ensures accurate attendance information is kept aiding in the proper billing of charges to parents., • Communicate with parents regarding the program., • Demonstrates professionalism in conduct, demeanor, and work habits. Moderate supervision given by Director, Business Manager and Pastor. Internal Contacts: • Diocese Pastors, Priests, Principals, Business Managers, and employees. External Contacts: • Parishioners, diocese vendors, local, state, and federal agency representatives, and auditors. Working Conditions and/or Physical Requirements: • Ability to accept work interruptions while still remaining focused on duties., • Required to work a shift or parts of a shift that begins at 7:30 am and end at 4:00 pm, • Required to manage moderate levels of stress, • Required to work in standard school conditions, • Required to lift or carry supplies, textbooks, furniture, and equipment to a minimum of 35 pounds, • Requires lifting and picking up toddlers., • Required to maintain composure and avoid inappropriate displays of emotion, • Required to sit, stand, bend, stoop, reach, grab, pull, hear, see, and speak daily, • Required to perform repetitive physical tasks such as computer keyboarding, writing, and reading, • Required to monitor students in a variety of locations including those with noise, activity, and inclement weather Travel Requirements: • Infrequent travel, by car, may be required to Diocese Parishes and/or schools. Education and Experience Preferred: High School Diploma CPR & Infant First Aid Certifications 2 years working for a licensed childcare facility Knowledge and Skills Preferred: • Knowledge of the basic teachings of the Catholic Church, • Knowledge of child development, learning, and behavior, • Able to manage student behavior in a program setting., • Able to communicate effectively in both written and verbal form., • Able to work well with others in the school community., • Skill in handling multiple tasks simultaneously, • Skill in organizing and relating information in an understandable format, • Skill in job-appropriate technology, • Skill in critical thinking and planning, • CPR/ Pediatric First Aid certified (may complete after you are hired), • 24 clock hour annual training in Texas childcare and Fort Worth Child care training.
