Job Title: Sales Activities Coordinator - LATAM Pay Range: $20.00 - $24.00 Hourly Location: City of Industry, Los Angeles What you will DO: • Manage day-to-day LATAM order processing and track shipment schedules, • Upload and maintain weekly POS report, • Follow up weekly backorder lists and order statuses, • Support the PM and sales team with sales-related tasks such as credit notes and sales in/out reports, • Address customer inquiries and issues related to sales, • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, • Must be bilingual in English and Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages, • Minimum 2+ years of sales or customer service experience with a bachelor’s degree, • or 5+ years of relevant working experience with Associate Arts/Science degree, • Highly organized and detail-oriented., • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), • Strong ability to adapt, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks efficiently What you will GET: • Competitive base pay, • Performance bonus, • Paid national holidays, • Paid time off (sick + vacation), • 100% covered Medical, Dental, Vision, and Basic Life AD&D Insurance for employee, with optional dependent coverage, • 401K retirement plan with employer match This policy applies to all employment practices within our organization, including hiring, recruiting, promotion, termination, layoff, recall, leave of absence, compensation, benefits, training, and apprenticeship.
