Corporate Trainer – Property Management Multifamily Real Estate Investment firm is seeking an experienced Corporate Trainer with a multifamily property management background to lead and enhance training initiatives across the organization. Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and deliver training programs for property management, maintenance, leasing, and corporate teams., • Create onboarding programs and ensure consistent training completion for new hires., • Partner with department leaders to maintain accurate, compliant, and up-to-date training content., • Develop facilitator guides, training materials, and virtual learning resources., • Maintain training calendars, records, and reporting systems., • Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve programs based on feedback and performance metrics., • Identify skill gaps and recommend training solutions aligned with business objectives., • Support property teams through occasional on-site training and coaching. Qualifications: • 3+ years of multifamily property management experience., • Prior training, onboarding, coaching, or instructional experience preferred., • Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills., • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, Zoom, Teams, and related platforms., • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment., • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) preferred, • Knowledge of Fair Housing, OSHA, and industry compliance requirements preferred, • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
