The CDL Driver Trainer will have proven longevity in the field, excellent communication skills, and possess physical, intellectual, and leadership ability to perform duties over the road, maneuvering range, and in classroom instruction. The CDL Driver Trainer works under the guidance and supervision of the Director of Education, Regional Director, Program Director, Lead Trainer, or their designee.
