Job Description Job Title: Junior Trainer Compensation: $45K-50K Annual Salary with Benefits Location: Jamaica, Queens and Far Rockaway Overview: A socially-conscious company is seeking Junior Trainers to design, develop, and facilitate job readiness workshops for low-income and underserved job seekers. They will design and facilitate curriculum for adult and youth participants around topics of career exploration, job search best practices, professionalism, and more; as well as facilitating small group sessions with job seekers. Junior Trainers will ideally be entry-level or recent college graduates who are interested in future careers in workforce development and job readiness training.
