ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Security Operations • Monitor access control by using various security systems, including security center programs, CCTV, intercoms, and badge readers., • Dispatching security personnel to specific locations in response to security incidents, suspicious activity, emergencies, alarms, panic buttons or requests for assistance., • Follow established protocols to coordinate emergency response for fires, medical incidents, or security threats., • Maintain effective communication with security personnel, supervisors, managers, and emergency services., • Act as the central hub for all phone calls, radio traffic, and emails.
