We manage large monthly marketing budgets, and we need someone who knows how to turn spend into profit with precision, speed, and accountability. This is not a branding or creative-only role. This is a performance, analytics, and ROI-driven position where your decisions directly impact revenue. About the Role: The Marketing Performance Manager will oversee all paid acquisition channels, optimize multi‐platform campaigns, and manage the full funnel from Lead → Appointment → Sale. You will work closely with leadership and sales teams to improve lead quality, reduce acquisition costs, and scale profitable growth.
