Job Description A well established quality oriented full service car wash and detail center located in the San Francisco Bay Area, is seeking Car Wash Service Writers and Sales Advisors. We can be flexible around school hours as needed with part time and full time positions available. No car wash experience is needed as we will train the right candidate to be successful in the role. Hourly pay plus commission is available for this role with shifts available 7 days a week. Successful Sales Advisor/Service Writers earn at $20-$30/hr. with commission and the top Sales Advisors have earned as much as$50/hr. We are looking for a well organized, detail oriented person with excellent communication skills, customer service sills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. This person must have integrity, respect, honesty, and a passion for automobiles. Excellent written/verbal communication skills are essential to creating a work environment that attracts and retains high performing employees. The Car Wash Sales Advisor/Service Writer will report directly to the shift supervisor and is accountable for properly greeting customers, discussing the car wash menu with customers, writing tickets for car wash/detail services, and keeping the car wash line moving. This role requires communicating with the rest of the car wash staff, notably the vehicle prep team to insure a smooth operating car wash. This roles duties include, but are not limited to: • Promote an excellent level of customer service at all times, • Become knowledgeable of car wash and detail offerings, • Write service tickets for detail and car wash service, • Maintain a smooth operating Car Wash line by aiding in the loading of vehicles into the car wash To apply for this position please send your resume with some information about yourself.
