Job DescriptionDescription: POSITION SUMMARY: The Wellsite Performance Advisor is responsible for representing the company by providing technical and operational expertise to external customers in a professional manner. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES: The Wellsite Performance Advisor is accountable for the following functions and responsibilities: • Manage tools, equipment, and company property in a productive, efficient, and proper manner., • Assist wireline teams in breaking down tools during operations., • Provide the customer with all job information required as per company standards., • Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards, practices, and guidelines., • Wear all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), which varies per work site., • Observe, perform, and maintain all safety procedures/policies/standards of both company and the external customers., • Responsible for pre-planning, job execution, and overall performance of company assets while on location., • Ensure that Field Tickets are signed and sent to the appropriate person at the company, which includes information regarding services rendered, tools used, and/or time required for billing purposes, within 24 hours once job is completed., • Return any remaining plugs to company inventory within 24 hours after the completion of a job., • Document service and installation actions by completing workbooks, forms, reports, logs, and records in a timely manner, usually within 24 hours after the completion of a job., • Attend pre-job meetings with customers to determine job objectives and post-job meetings to review job performance as required., • Assist customers in troubleshooting issues and problem resolution associated with service provided., • Represent the company at all job sites, customer meetings, presentations, etc., while maintaining the highest of professional standards., • Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and fellow employees at all levels of a/the company., • Follow and abide by the company’s expense policy., • Perform other functions and responsibilities as assigned. Requirements: QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: The Wellsite Performance Advisor must at a minimum possess the following: • High school diploma or GED equivalent is required. Associate degree in a technical field is preferred., • Five years of experience working in a position related to well completions., • Ability to read, write, and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos., • Ability to read procedures, technical manuals, data books, and engineering drawings., • Intermediate mastery of computers and the Microsoft 2013 Office Suite, primarily Excel and Word., • Excellent numeric skills, including the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals with the use of a calculator., • Flexibility to adjust to work routines as required and ensure that customer requirements/expectations are met on time, every time., • Ability to work in a fast-pace, high-pressure, high-output environment while maintaining a positive and productive attitude., • Ability to communicate professionally and effectively in all forms of communication including verbal and written., • Possess excellent organization and time management skills to meet the deliverables of a job., • Be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking the English language., • Possess excellent interpersonal skills, being able to work independently and as a part of a team., • Ability to maintain a flexible working schedule. The Wellsite Performance Advisor must be able to: • Operate a motor vehicle as per company Vehicle Requirements., • Hear at a regular level as defined by a standard pre-employment physical examination per safety guidelines., • Meet depth perception requirements at a regular level as defined by a standard pre-employment physical examination., • Must be able to perform heavy physical labor as classified by the US Department of Labor. Physical demands involve lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling., • Postural: Move extremities and spine throughout a sufficient range of motion that will permit the employee to work in a variety of postures involving a range from floor to overhead level., • Dexterity: Have good dexterity and frequently use one and/or two hands throughout the shift for lifting, carrying, using hand and power tools, grasping and holding onto objects such as hand rails for safety and balance, using a keyboard, and writing., • Material Handling: Demonstrate that he/she can safely:, • Lift at least 50lbs from floor to knuckles and waist level unassisted on an occasional basis and do the same up to 75lbs with assistance., • Lift at least 25lbs from floor to shoulder level unassisted on an occasional basis and do the same up to 50lbs with assistance., • Carry at least 50lbs for a minimum of 10' unassisted on an occasional basis., • Wear the appropriate PPE when required (i.e., safety glasses or side shields, steel-toe footwear, etc.), • Sit and/or stand for long periods of time; up to 8-12 hours a day.
