Job Description Entry-Level ABA Therapist (Paid Training) Behavioral Transformations – East of Dallas, TX Full-Time | Part -Time | Entry-Level | Healthcare | Pediatrics | ABA Therapy Description: Behavioral Transformations is seeking Entry-Level ABA Therapists who are passionate about working with children diagnosed with autism or other developmental disabilities. No prior experience in ABA required — we provide 100% paid training to help you earn your Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification and start a rewarding career. You'll work 1:1 with children to teach communication, daily living, and social skills using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies. Most therapy is delivered in our clinics, with occasional in-home or community-based sessions. We leverage geospatial technology to drive data-informed decisions and innovative solutions. We are seeking a skilled Market Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will collect, analyze, and visualize spatial data to support projects in [specific areas, e.g., identifying ideal markets for healthcare and senior living development, incorporating physician-specified criteria within analytical research efforts, and gauging the competitive environments of both facility-oriented and physician-oriented projects]. This role involves creating maps, performing spatial analyses, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights. This position reports directly to the Vice President of Market Analytics. Duties and Responsibilities • Acquire, process, and manage both geospatial and market-specific datasets from various sources., • Perform spatial analysis using tools like Maptitude, ArcGIS Online, QGIS, or similar., • Design and produce high-quality static and interactive maps, dashboards, and reports for clients., • Develop and maintain datasets, ensuring data integrity and accuracy., • Collaborate with clients to define requirements and interpret results., • Stay current with GIS technologies, trends, and best practices; recommend improvements to processes and tools., • Education: Bachelor’s degree required., • Experience: 2–5 years of professional GIS experience; entry-level candidates with strong internships or academic projects may be considered., • Technical Skills:, • Proficiency in Geographic Information Systems., • Strong knowledge of cartography, coordinate systems, projections, and data formats., • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Suite., • Bachelor’s degree in Geography or relevant work experience analyzing market data., • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment., • Effective communication skills (written and verbal) for presenting research and analysis findings.
