Founding Enterprise Sales Executive – U.S. (Construction Technology) Location: Remote - United States Employment: Full-Time Market: Enterprise Construction Technology About BRIX BRIX is a technology company transforming labor productivity in construction and other labor-intensive industries by answering one of the industry’s most important question: How much productive time is actually being generated on the jobsite? Using wearable technology and AI-powered motion recognition, BRIX provides objective, individual productivity data for workers every day. This gives construction organizations greater visibility into workforce productivity and enables more effective performance management, with the potential to generate significant improvements in labor productivity. With 20,000+ active users and adoption among construction leaders across international markets, BRIX is now entering the United States as its next major growth market. We are looking for the person who will help build that market. The Opportunity This is not a traditional Enterprise Account Executive role. You will be BRIX’s first enterprise sales hire dedicated to the U.S. market, taking ownership of establishing our commercial presence with America’s largest construction contractors. Your immediate mandate will be to leverage your existing construction-industry network, open executive-level conversations, and close BRIX’s first flagship U.S. enterprise customers. Beyond those initial wins, you will work directly with BRIX leadership to help shape our U.S. go-to-market strategy, provide market intelligence, refine our enterprise sales motion, and establish the foundation from which we build the broader U.S. commercial organization. For the right person, this role offers a clear opportunity to grow into U.S. sales leadership as the market and team scale. We are therefore looking for more than an experienced salesperson. We want someone who has already built credibility with major U.S. contractors and is excited by the opportunity to turn that network and experience into something they can help build from the ground up. What You’ll Own • Launch BRIX in the U.S.: Take commercial ownership of BRIX’s entry into the U.S. enterprise construction market and help establish our initial domestic footprint., • Activate Your Executive Network: Leverage existing, trusted relationships with senior operational decision-makers at major U.S. contractors to generate meaningful conversations from the beginning. Our target relationships include CEOs, Presidents, COOs, Heads of Construction, Heads of Operations, and comparable enterprise decision-makers., • Win Flagship Enterprise Accounts: Own the full enterprise sales cycle from executive introduction and discovery through validation, pilot, commercial negotiation, and close. Our target customers are major national contractors and construction organizations, including companies comparable in scale to Turner, Bechtel, Kiewit, Fluor, DPR, Clayco, Clark Construction, and Skanska., • Build the U.S. Enterprise Sales Motion: Work closely with BRIX’s global leadership to determine how we position, sell, and scale the platform within the U.S. construction market., • Shape Product-Market Fit: Bring direct market feedback from U.S. construction executives into the organization and help influence product localization, positioning, and commercial strategy., • Represent BRIX in the Market: Become a senior commercial face of BRIX in the United States through executive meetings, industry relationships, strategic events, and key accounts., • Help Build What Comes Next: As BRIX establishes traction in the U.S., help create the foundation for a larger commercial organization and potentially take on broader sales leadership responsibility. What We’re Looking For • 5+ Years of Enterprise Construction Technology Sales: You have substantial experience directly selling software or technology solutions into large U.S. construction organizations., • Proven $300K+ ARR Enterprise Deals: You have personally closed enterprise construction software deals of approximately $300,000+ ARR, ideally within the last four years. We are particularly interested in candidates who can clearly explain the organizations involved, deal complexity, buying committee, and their personal role in winning those accounts., • Experience Selling to Major Contractors: You have sold directly into large construction organizations with approximately 5,000+ employees, ideally national or multinational general contractors., • Experience selling directly to organizations such as Turner, Bechtel, Kiewit, Fluor, DPR, Clayco, Clark Construction, Skanska, or comparable contractors is highly desirable., • Existing Operational C-Suite Relationships: You already have active relationships with senior construction executives who influence enterprise-wide purchasing decisions. We are particularly interested in relationships with CEOs, Presidents, COOs, Heads of Construction, Heads of Operations, Other senior operational executives with enterprise-wide authority., • Relationships limited primarily to project-level stakeholders or BIM, VDC, Design, Innovation, Safety, or technical teams will not by themselves meet this requirement., • Ability to Create Immediate Executive Access: You should be confident in your ability to leverage your existing network to secure approximately three relevant executive meetings with major U.S. construction contractors within your first 30 days., • Direct Corporate/HQ Selling Experience: Your enterprise wins should include direct software sales into the contractor’s corporate organization or headquarters, rather than primarily channel, reseller, partnership, or individual project-level sales., • Executive-Level Enterprise Selling: You understand how to navigate complex buying committees, build executive consensus, establish an enterprise business case, manage pilots, negotiate sophisticated commercial agreements, and close large strategic accounts., • Construction Technology Expertise: You understand the construction technology ecosystem and the operational realities of large contractors. Experience with organizations such as Procore, BuildOps, ServiceTitan, Buildots, OpenSpace, Trimble, Autodesk, or comparable construction technology companies is particularly relevant., • Builder Mentality: You are comfortable entering a market without a mature U.S. sales infrastructure around you. You can operate independently, create structure where needed, and take ownership rather than waiting for an established playbook. Who Will Thrive Here This opportunity may be especially compelling if you have already built a successful career in enterprise construction technology but want your next chapter to offer more ownership, visibility, and influence than another traditional enterprise sales position. You may currently be a: • Senior or Strategic Enterprise Account Executive, • Enterprise Sales Director, • Strategic Account Executive, • Regional or National Sales Director, • Construction Technology Sales Leader What matters most is not your current title. It is whether you have personally won major construction software accounts, developed trusted relationships with senior construction executives, and can use that experience to help build BRIX’s U.S. business. Why BRIX • Founding U.S. Role: Be the first enterprise sales hire dedicated to one of BRIX’s most important global markets., • Leadership Trajectory: Success in establishing the U.S. market creates a natural pathway toward broader U.S. commercial and sales leadership as the organization scales., • Executive Visibility: Work directly with BRIX’s leadership team and have meaningful influence over U.S. go-to-market decisions., • Real Ownership: Help determine how BRIX sells, positions, and grows in the United States rather than inheriting a mature sales playbook., • Large Enterprise Opportunity: Target some of the largest contractors in the country with a platform addressing one of construction’s most persistent challenges: labor productivity., • High-Growth Environment: Join an international technology company at the point where its U.S. story is just beginning., • Competitive Compensation: Competitive base salary with significant performance-based commission potential. Location This is a remote position available to candidates currently residing in the United States. Candidates with strong construction-industry networks in major construction markets, particularly Texas and California, as well as Florida, New York, Ohio, and Arizona, are especially encouraged to apply.
