PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Monitor and manage stages, support office and facility locations., • Troubleshoot any problems with studio facilities and report any problems to studio head., • Help solve problems stemming from a client’s production demands and their use of our facilities., • Educate and ensure that stage clients will comply with all studio policies and procedures; as well as all government regulations, fire codes, safety codes, cleanliness, etc., • Gather information needed by other studio departments to help them service the client’s needs., • Coordinate with all other studio departments to ensure that all studio services are provided to the client in a speedy and efficient manner., • Daily stage checks and corresponding client paperwork for administration., • Manage tenant move-ins and move-outs of the stages and support spaces, logging all current conditions at the time., • Fire regulation liaison, monitor fire extinguisher equipment (survey placement, condition and upkeep)., • Coordinate Studio and client Hazmat collection and trash disposal., • Supervise vendor crews for moving studio furniture., • Assist VP, Studio Construction & Engineering with Lot facilities, emergencies, and safety projects., • Valid NY or Out of State Driver’s License in good driving standing and insurability with studio insurance requirements to be able to operate golf cart and other machinery., • Must be able to pass forklift certification, fire safety certification and hazmat requirement (preferred not required)., • Ability to work well with staff, volunteers, and visitors., • OSHA training., • Ability to work independently with a high degree of reliability, accuracy, and productivity, and exercise independent judgment effectively in decision-making processes., • Demonstrated ability to find creative solutions to problems, analyze situations, and implement action plans in a timely manner., • Excellent technical and writing skills and ability to communicate with clarity, confidence, and tact., • Fluent in the use of technology, and office suites such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
