Job DescriptionSubstation Foreman - Electrical Construction (Non-Union) About the Role FindTalent is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Substation Foreman to oversee the construction and maintenance of substation projects. This role involves supervising crews, managing site operations, and ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project specifications. This position requires travel across multiple states to project locations.
