Qualifications: Minimum of three (3) years of supervisory experience in a behavioral health, substance use, or social services setting. Experience in substance use treatment, mental health services, and supportive housing programs. Knowledge of clinical case management, discharge planning, and crisis intervention techniques. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to train and mentor staff in Evidence-Based Practices (EBP). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and electronic health record (EHR) systems. Currently hold a LMHC license in good standing. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
