We’re looking for a Junior Project Manager to support our finance and logistics teams in planning, coordinating, and executing key operational projects. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a dynamic environment where financial oversight and logistical efficiency go hand in hand.


This role provides a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in managing cross-functional projects that involve budgeting, vendor coordination, and supply chain support, while working closely with senior leadership.


Key Responsibilities


  • Project Coordination: Support the planning and execution of finance, customer service, and logistics projects from start to finish. Maintain accurate project documentation, timelines, and progress reports. Assist in scheduling meetings, tracking milestones, and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Financial Administration: Help track project budgets, expenses, and financial reports. Support invoice verification, vendor payments, and expense reimbursements. Ensure all financial data aligns with company policies and compliance standards.
  • Logistics & Operations Support: Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments to streamline operations. Monitor shipment and delivery schedules, resolving delays when needed. Assist in developing process improvements to optimize logistics performance.
  • Data & Reporting: Prepare financial and operational reports for management review. Collect, analyze, and present data to support decision-making. Maintain digital and physical records in line with company procedures.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with finance, procurement, and project management teams. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure project alignment. Provide administrative and research support to senior project managers.

Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Finance, Logistics, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, financial operations, Customer Service or logistics support.
  • Strong understanding of budgeting, reporting, and workflow processes.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Notion).
  • Ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
