The team is responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving failures across the full manufacturing process, ensuring that programmed intent translates into reliable, repeatable production outcomes. This role works across CNC programs, machine setups, fixturing, CMM inspection, GD&T interpretation, and operator workflows to identify where breakdowns occur and implement robust, production-grade fixes. What You’ll Do * Root Cause Processes - Diagnose and correct failures across CNC programs, machine setups, inspection workflows, and operator execution.
