Job Description Saltbox simplifies the hardest parts of running a small online business. You can make a direct impact on small businesses in your area! Why This Role Is Unique You won't be sitting behind a desk cold-calling all day. In this role, you'll walk warehouse floors, meet founders building real brands, see inventory move in real time, and play a key role in shaping the growth of a physical market. You'll help open and stabilize multiple locations — including supporting a brand-new 130+ suite facility — while gaining exposure to operations, renewals, and multi-location expansion. This position is based primarily at Westside Park, with support across Upper West Side and Chamblee as the market continues to expand. What You'll Do Sales & Lead Management • Deliver consultative, value-driven tours that clearly communicate Saltbox's offering., • Own follow-up cadence for assigned leads and maintain consistent outreach., • Manage and update HubSpot pipeline stages accurately., • Re-engage warm leads and execute reactivation campaigns., • Track tour bookings, attendance, and conversion metrics., • Ensure no leads go stale and follow-up timelines are met., • Manage waitlists and prospect timing strategically., • Support occupancy stabilization at Westside Park., • Assist with renewal conversations and member add-on opportunities., • Play a key role in pre-leasing and launching our Chamblee location (130+ suites). Sales & Customer Experience Background You have 1–3 years of experience in sales, retail, customer service, or account management. You're comfortable managing multiple prospects at different stages and understand how to move conversations forward with confidence. CRM & Organizational Discipline You're comfortable working in HubSpot (or a similar CRM) and understand the importance of clean data, structured follow-up, and pipeline visibility. Strong Communication Skills You communicate clearly, confidently, and professionally — especially in live tour settings and closing conversations. Performance-Driven Mindset You're competitive, goal-oriented, and motivated by measurable outcomes. You enjoy seeing your effort translate into occupancy and revenue growth.
